EDO BAYASHI FUE FUNDAMENTALS                                                                                          
This online workshop will provide an introduction to the fue part for Wakayama Ryu Edo Bayashi. We will cover fingerings, notation, kuchishoga, phrasing, and other relevant information. Although the proper fue for this music is Hosei 6.5 (6 chon chon), you can use another maker’s size 6, 7, or 8 for this class. We will not cover the basics of getting a fue sound, so this workshop is geared toward players with some fue experience.
