EDO BAYASHI KIHON WORKSHOP (Wakayama Ryu, book version)

This online workshop will focus mainly on the taiko and atarigane parts of Edo Bayashi Kumikyoku (suite of pieces) from the Wakayama Ryu Edo Bayashi book. We will cover all 5 pieces: Yatai, Shoden, Kamakura, Shichome, and Agari Yatai. The content will be geared toward players with some experience with this music and emphasize proper interpretation and other finer details. Although this is an intermediate-level workshop, beginners are welcome to attend as observers
